The only reason I stay with this agency is because it would be too difficult to move my home and auto policies. The people I worked with in the beginning were great and are clearly not there anymore. I often have to speak with Rikki now who is terribly condescending and will make suggestions that show she clearly has not looked at the history of your account and often times make you feel like she is not listening to you.
