My mom cancelled her policy with Allstate in March of last year after finding insurance cheaper with another company. Allstate continued taking over $300 from her account and when she caught it she was told that they had cancelled it. So you just continue taking premiums after people cancel? The premium from this agency continues to increase, even though quotes from other Allstate agencies came in almost $200 dollars cheaper a MONTH for the exact same coverage. An Allstate representative told me over the phone my policy should by no means be what this agency charged. My family had used this agency for almost thirty years, but all questions about the high rate were ignored. Seems to be predatory practices 0 stars was not an available option.
