Ric Ali firm is one of the worst nightmare.. they make sure your premium is increased to triple within the end of each year.. my insurance has been increased from 2330 to $9000 .. this is one of the worst looting I have ever seen… people, please be cautious about what you are getting into..
After 15 years with Allstate, my recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I've officially switched to another company due to the terrible response I received from Gayatri. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled. I won't be returning to Allstate after this unpleasant encounter. We've found another company offering better coverage at half the price, and their customer service, exemplified by Rick Ali, far surpasses Allstate's.
