On August 7th, 2024 I called Richard OConnor's Allstate branch to change my home address. Evan informed me my premiums would increase 30%. I requested my policy to be cancelled and I removed my payment details. I reiterated my cancellation on October 15th, 2024 after I had accrued two months worth of premiums after cancelling on August 7th. I was then asked to respond with documentation of current insurance and to sign a DocuSign. Without notice, no calls, no mail, no email; I received a collections for my premium.
