I received a renewal quote from Richard Barbosa's Allstate office for $769, with coverage starting July 18. I specifically confirmed with Mrs. Annette that I wanted the policy to start on the renewal date (July 18). Instead, they backdated my policy to June 24 and deducted around $62 initially. Later, they deducted a total of $927 from my bank account without my request — far more than quoted and earlier than agreed.
