I am extremely unhappy. For some reason Allstate transferred my account to this person. I have been trying for over a year to rectify a situation with my bills. No matter how many times I tell them to use a different account to withdraw the money they can not seem to figure out how to tell the computer to use another account. Ridiculous customer service.
