Very poor customer service. Does not respond in a timely manner. You would be hard pressed to get a clear and concise response from anyone. I have never dealt with an agent or agency so inept.
Used to be a lot better. The prices for basic car insurance keep rising though. Every single cycle they slowly make me pay more and more. It's ridiculous that I'm paying what I'm paying now, yet when I was 19 I was paying half of that.
