LOL, ONE of the reasons for this review is because of what you just posted on here, a LIE. I canceled my policy on JULY 15th and you did not call me until the day I gave you this review in AUGUST. Before that, you didn't reach out once about my cancellations or other ins. The reason you said you called me, per the VM you left, was to find out about earthquake insurance and you did not mention talking about this review AT ALL.
