Horrible service, rates kept going up with nothing new on my driving history. Then when I attempted to cancel the insurance they kept haggling me for money. Refused to acknowledge that I changed insurance companies and cancel the policy. Then they kept adding late fees. Again I emailed and called, telling them the insurance is canceled.
