Horrible service, rates kept going up with nothing new on my driving history. Then when I attempted to cancel the insurance they kept haggling me for money. Refused to acknowledge that I changed insurance companies and cancel the policy. Then they kept adding late fees. Again I emailed and called, telling them the insurance is canceled. They then sent the bill to collections. Rene Manfre and his office only care about money and not about the customer. My best advice is don’t get insurance through this agent.
