Elizabeth at Allstate took really good care of me. She rewrote my auto policy and got my monthly premium down to an amount that's more finaciallly manageable for me. I really appreciated her going above and beyond in assisting me and making sure I could remain an Allstate customer. If I can give zero I would. They don’t return phone calls, at all. We’ve called multiple times. We also found out they gave us bare minimum home insurance. My husband calls to cancel all our policies & the lady on the phone was absolutely rude about the whole situation.
They was very helpful with getting my insurance quote and policy in place. They did in in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.
