Very helpful and great service from Mr. Sherman.
Moved from California to North Carolina. Called this office two weeks ago to transfer policy. Was told by Sherwood Smith at Reginald Wright's Allstate office that I would be called back the next day. Never heard back from him. No phone call, no email. Canceled policy. Switched to Geico.
Been with you guys for 20 years and I missed 2 or 3 payments cause I forgot to put in a new card # ,,because my card was lost , when I finally caught it to pay in full you put me in a different insurance (General) which is almost 200$ more a month for six months,,,I lost my job six months ago. and this didn't help,,,,then I had to pay a fine to the DMV for not having insurance them months ,(52$ a car),,,i will be looking for better prices for home and 4 cars soon,,,,,just staying for them 20 years those are the only payments... read more
