Priscilla and Chantelle were absolutely amazing. They took the time to give me advice and help me understand my options, even though my claim wasn’t going through my own insurance. Priscilla even called me back after realizing there was a way I could save money on a rental car. That level of customer service really stands out. I’ve been with Allstate for 6 years and have never been disappointed. Chantelle and Priscilla went above and beyond—10/10 recommend!
Rebecca was amazing attending to all our needs when our car was stolen. She is extremely professional and resolved everything in a timely manner walking us through every detail.
It's been a while since I shopped for Insurance but when StateFarm "Like a Good Neighbor" decided to drop me for zero reason Kristi and Rebecca were right there with Allstate and made a simple and money saving switch for everything all in one swoop. The best part is the communication on how and what I can do to save additional money as we move forward. Most say they will save you money but they actually back it up as well!
They are a bait and switch operation . Gave me a mail quote of $1200 for the year on house insurance , Great save big money . But after I gave them my personal info The REAL price was $2400 . That's wrongful advertising , Would not ever call or open mail from Allstate again ! Thanks Rebecca for wasting my time !!!!!
I originally chose this Allstate agent because she was small and personal; I valued the idea of having an agent who would know my account and provide attentive service.
