If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone through the claim process multiple times with Allstate one of the claims a literal tree fell on my roof and my roof was still denied. I made a claim in September for a car that hit my parked car. I have been working on this process for near three months and they said to make it quicker to drop it off at a shop of my choice and they could work on the supplemental process.
