We've been with Ray and Allstate for about 15 years. When we've needed to file a claim, Allstate has been responsive and helpful. I'm relatively satisfied with the service (it's one of those things you don't need until you need it, then your really need it). I have two autos, three motorcycles, and a home insured with Allstate, and I am concerned about how my rates have been increasing over the last two years (more than our crazy inflation rates).
