The annual price of my umbrella policy more than doubled. I have asked why the outrageous price increase? Sixty days later, no one has answered my question. All I receive is an email asking me to pay. Well, after more than 45 years with Allstate, if sending emails is what Allstate agents called customer service, perhaps it is time for me to look elsewhere for my insurance needs.
