Many years ago, I had a policy through Randy Palgen All-State insurance company. My rates ended up increasing higher than I can afford, so I called Randy and asked him if he could assist with my policy. Randy told me he could put one of my vehicles under "storage" so I can have lower payments. He put it under that status, but the rates never changed. Stay Away! This guy doesn't care who he scams, uses the Allstate name to build fake trust, then rips you off if he can. Disgusting to take advantage of people!
This was by far the worst insurance experience I've had. I have not been able to get ahold of Randy for months after my rates tripled. When I finally got ahold of someone from All State to help me they were not willing to fix any of his huge errors. I am unsure his office is still open at this point.
