Phillips listened to my concerns & directed me to the better policy AND saved me money.
Worst & most dishonest business I've ever dealt with. As someone who recently lost everything in Hurricane Helene & Milton, they have been the single most abrasive and least-helpful folks I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As a multi-year client, they essentially kicked us to the curb without so much as even basic courtesies. Purchasing insurance from Phil was one of the biggest mistakes of my life, don't make the same one.
