Terrible experience with Allstate. I would not recommend. I would give it negative stars if I could. I had Allstate for many years with no accident claims. In fact in 30 years of driving no accidents. Then we have two accidents in 2 years, the second not our fault, and Allstate drops us. Also Allstate claimed I received medical care for the first accident, which I did not, causing problems with my medical insurance.
This agency is top notch. Calls are returned promptly. Phil and his team are always there to help with any issues. I highly recommend this agency!
Awesome experience used him for years.. cancelled the policy, everyone has always gone out of there way to fix any issues or answer questions or needs.. I hope there as good in FL, Thank you all again!!
