Not the friendliest guy around. I work out at Therafit next door and see the owner come and go, never smiles or says hello. Parks in front of his business instead of leaving parking space for customers.
I had a dryer duct vent leak into two of my rooms in which part of the ceilings had to be removed. I am over 3 weeks into this claim and there has been no movement. No payment, no work, nothing. It's as if I do not have any insurance. When I talked to Philip he was very rude, and said, "Ma'am, we're going around in a circle." His tone was very disrespectful and sounded annoyed and irritated and ready to get off the phone with me. He had nothing new to tell me that I hadn't already researched myself. Phillip was very rude and hung up on me because I didn’t want the services he was offering . I called back spoke with Kimberly she apologized on his behalf and she updated my policy. I will no longer call the hazel green Allstate location.
BAD PLACE .IF YOU NEED HELP WE ITH ANYTHING, SAD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. VERY HATEFUL!!!!
