Got a letter from these guys in the mail and of course my house insurance is up for renewal so naturally I called to get quotes. The guy picked up my call and took all the information from me including my email. The next day my e mail box was full with spam emails which i have never received before. Seems like a scammer who collects people’s information and then sells it to a third party for spam uses. Avoid at all cost.
So far Allstate has been great to work with. My agent is a call way and local.

I was a Phil Kelahan Allstate customer for about 15 years (maybe more). I was always treated well through several cars, a boat, motorcycles, and the buying and selling of houses and felt like the customer service was very good… until I tried to leave.
