Great service. They go above and beyond! Also got great coverage at a great price. No cut rate cheap insurance, but I'm not paying an arm and a leg for what i got. They're very knowledgeable and help u save as much as possible! Highly recommend Paul! My parents have been with him 20+ years and very happy!
Excellent, from Monica at the front desk to Allstate agent Paul, they are nothing but friendly and helpful. Every time I have gone to the office with a question or concern they have answered quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Best overall insurance office for auto and home I have had in 50+ years of dealing with insurance companies. Kudos to you both for a job well done!!
Having used several other insurance companies, over the years, I can safely say that the time I have spent with Paul and Allstate has been the best. I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Paul and Monica are great.Paul saved me a lot of money when I switched my multi auto policey from another insurance company to allstate. He also did right by my son when he moved to another state by helping him get setup with a allstate insurer in that state.
I have had my auto Insurance with Allstate for over twenty years. About ten years ago I did have a claim, I hit a deer with my car, the payment for my repairs was fast and easy, my Agent and the office staff are always a pleasure to deal with. As for rates....I have gotten offers thru the mail from other companies offering the lowest rates, I check one just to see what it was and it was literally double the rate I am now paying. I will stick with ALLSTATE. Thank You.
