I was transferred to Mr. Terry when my agent was no longer available and boy am I grateful. I filed an online claim and he reached out to me the next business day. He then was so helpful with answering questions and quick too. He answered my questions and explained things so I could understand.
I have had Allstate home insurance for over 50 years and very pleased and now all my vehicles (2 minivans and 1 motorcycle) are with Allstate.
I was transferred to Patrick Terry when my usual Allstate agent abruptly closed up shop. Mr. Terry has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to quickly answering questions. We have added and removed quite a few vehicles in the last few years and it is so easy with this agency. Friendly, knowledgeable, even has given me info for other places when I have asked for help with things Allstate doesn't cover. Very pleasant to communicate with. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance through Allstate.
