They were amazing, for 3 years. Then they tacked on a hidden sixteen dollar fee, and dropped me the next month. Patrick is never there, and once there is a problem his staff is very cold. Accident free, and dropped with no warning. Thanks for leaving me stranded out in Wyoming on a road trip!
Great company had an accident and they took care of me without increasing my rates. highly recommended.
Agent is an admitted "Absentee Agent" I'm assuming that means he isn't around much, his office manager indicated he doesn't communicate internally whatsoever and things are extremely disorganized in the office. Then when he does communicate its to reiterate he is an absent business owner and even his point of contact is gone for 7 days. smh I'd be careful trusting this team.
