If I could’ve left a 0 star rating I would’ve. Garbage customer service here at Allstate. Been a customer for nearly 4 years with zero claims and because I live in Florida, one of the most populated states in the country, I get constant increases in my premium. It’s truly ridiculous that because the population increases my policy has to as well. Spare yourself and go with literally any other agency.

I want to express how helpful Hector Andujar was in assisting me with the home owners policy for my late aunt's home in Boca Raton, I live in extreme northern Illinois. After a phone call and forwarding of estate documents, Hector had everything taken care of in a smooth, professional manner. He further offered to be of additional assistance if and when needed. I think she's wonderful.. I am not an easy person to deal with and i in no way felt disappointed with her handling my situation.. She's a keeper. Thank you ..
