Awful experience. Always had an auto payment. Now they changed something and it didn’t do payments so they terminated my insurance 3 months ago and I didn’t even know about it. Now I have to pay whole bunch of fees. Got a quote from geico $85 full coverage. Allstate have quote for $185 a month for Dodge Journey. Get another insurance or at least not Pamella Summers office.

When Pamela was there everting was great now is the worst place I ever been
Poor customer service , my mom passed away , I was asking questions about policy , associate was very rude. No empathy. I switched to USAA . Allstate ok but not this place .
