Great staff, always follow up. they'll work to get you on the right track. I'm able to sign documents online with them if need be.
My initial price for my policy was competitive. But, after a few months the price went up about 25%! When I called to say I was thinking about finding another provider, I was told to be careful because "our competitors will give you a low rate at first, then they will raise it." I guess she didn't realize that that is what they did to me!? When I found a better provider, and canceled my policy, I called and was assured that everything was taken care of and to ignore any bills that might be sent to me.
