Great, as long as they are collecting money. Had 4 experiences with agent, the only good one was when they wrote the policies and collected money. When I had questions about the rate on renewal, their office was rude and unhelpful. "That's just the way it is, your rate changed." was the statement their agent stated. It was terrible, very expensive. I got the same coverage for a lower price at State Farm.

I have been dealing with this company since 2014 .Good price for my House insurance. I cannot say enough about my agent Lizbeth Hernandez she is always there for me. She has helped me through many different things dealing with Insurance rules and regulations since my husband passed in 2023 ,and getting hit with a hail storm and alot of damage. She is always there for me .Promptly returns my phone calls ,e-mails ,helps me when making payments . She is always very kind and professional.
