First and foremost I would.like to acknowledge April Orozco in the claims dept. She was incredibly helpful and was in constant contact with me about my claim. I highly recommend her if you need help with filing a claim.
I am satisfied with the service I have received with Allstate. I been paying less money than what I had in the insurance I had before. When ever you have a question they help you.They let you know when there are changes
I am tired of feeling like the reason my rates keep go up, is due to Mr Arrieta sponsoring so many big events around El Paso. Am I paying so much for you to get your name out there? Why was I able to get so much more coverage from State Farm, for less than half of what you keep charging? The only answer I get is(well everything is going up so we have to raise our prices too).
