They're no longer with allstate and she never told any of her clients that she was leaving the agency let alone going out of business. I had to call the Allstate headquarters yo find all this information out. I was assigned to an agent in Carmichael. I will be transferring to someone closer to my home.

I had a really great experience with Nina excellent customer service timely matter did everything pretty much over the phone I had Allstate before and so a lot of my information was already in the system but she was awesome made it very easy to get everything done and just a couple hours
