Impossible to contact, does not answer the phone. After a minor accident last week no one from the local office has been reachable by us or the person working the claim. Feel free to reach out Nick/Heather - we miss Brent
They jacked my rates up without telling me, and the ladies in the office lied to me numerous times . All I've done was make payments on time. This place is a scam don't do it! They wouldn't even say they were sorry. And where is Nicholas at, he won't talk to anyone . Very poor customer service
