If I could do a negative star I would! I had to switch agencies due to the over charge of their policies. I went from 400 a month to less than 200 with the new agency. The communication is lies by telling you one thing and then they do something completely different. They did this more than once. Make sure you are aware of the full stipulations of the policy and you get what they are telling you in writing to hold them accountable. Thanks Nicholas for your professionalism while making my transition from another company to Allstate as painless as possible. Must say, I'm a pessimist that's somewhat impatient, direct and reluctant to change. Salespersons nightmare. Nicholas ran a quote over the phone during a lunch break and managed to offer more coverage for less! It's no brainer, recommend anyone that's gone awhile without evaluating your current coverage to give Allstate a call. You may be pleasantly surprised as was I!

1. Nicholas Mericle sold me (and I paid for) a Homeowners policy that ended up not insuring my home, the individual who interviewed me from Nicholas Mericle's office about my house for the policy did not bother to accurately record my information, Nicholas Mericle won't correct that mistake and now there is a $50,000 gap between what it will cost to repair my home and what Nicholas Mericle has paid. 2.
