They always are raising rate with no reason and do not even tell u in a advance just no want u get a bill if u get one most time find out when come our my account which suck not happy at all
My payment did not go thru and I was not given a courteously call to explain this or fix this! I did not have insurance for 4 months even tho I had what I thought were valid insurance cards. Now my insurance has increased. I can not get calls back to explain what happened. I am very unhappy with this agency.
Nicholas Colhoun is a scam! He issued us a bad check in the amount of $1613.99. It was returned to us when we deposited it into our account. We have called him countless times and his office has refused to handle the situation. he only cares about the reviews being left and my husband told him that we cannot leave a positive review if he is NOT going to get us the money owed. Horrible. Bad attitudes, very high rates, however, I have had a good experience with the manager of the total loss claims team.
