I have done business with this Allstate agency several time and never had an issue till now. I cancelled my policy with them back in August 28, I followed all there requests for cancellation and was advised by Julisha Harris all was taken care of, in September I recieved a late bill once again I emailed her. Now I get a letter from collections that I owe them money. I call and spoke to the owner which didn't get me anywhere. Will never recommend Allstate had them since 1999 and they canceled our insurance.
