This office does not answer phone calls and has pretty much disappeared. If you had a policy with them they'll still take your money though.

I have attempted to get ahold of this agency for a couple important items over the past year and a half and have not heard from them once. I would strongly suggest selecting a different insurance agent. Only giving one star because I cannot give 0.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have called, automation automatically hangs up on you. I emailed Nelson to tell him this and asked for a call back ASAP and received NOTHING. We will not be renewing our policies with Allstate.

I had been trying for weeks to get a hold of Nelson to cancel my policy. I would call the automated directory would hang up on you. It would take me calling five times to get a voicemail and it won't be full or if I was lucky I could leave a message. I finally had enough of being ignored and I went to the office in Epping on Monday (4/18/22) and it was abandoned. No signs saying they were closed , moved offices or undergoing renovations.
