After nearly 30 years with Allstate I received a letter that my policy would be cancelled if I did not trim my trees. Asking for justification I was forwarded a drone video that proves there are trees in my yard above my home. These trees do not touch the roof as outlined. When I requested a site visit I was told this was not possible. I am collecting homeowner quotes and expect to discard this careless and sloppy company. Amazing 30 years.
