Was with this company for over 25 years, loyalty and longevity with this company means absolutely nothing. Rates kept continuing to rise every six months so decided to cancel all my policies after seeing the amount of savings and better coverage I could receive from another well known company. Sent a written, signed cancellation notice with all policies listed, as well as telephoned informing Josh of my intentions. Great Staff, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about my policy and were able to save me a ton. Josh is the best.
This agent had an employee sell me the wrong homeowners policy and then upon requesting it be changed received no response for three months. Now their corporate office refuses to reimburse for the difference from request to completion. Bad ethics and worse corporate company. Buyer beware.
