Beware: Poor Customer Service Called 3/13/18 at 2pm and spoke to Nate Olson. I told him I needed a quote for home & auto, also indicating urgency bc my current ins coverage was ending 3/15/18. Nate said he will work on it right away and send me an email with the quote later that day (3/13/18). To be sure there was no miscommunication, I asked Nate how long he would be in the office today, Nate replied "til 6pm".
