While I've never spoken to Naomi directly I do work with Eden on a pretty regular basis and she is fantastic. Always has a positive attitude, quick and efficient on the phone, and takes the time to explain things to me if necessary. I never dread calling my insurance agent because I know I get to speak with Eden and she's the best! You will not be disappointed with the service you receive here.
Amazes me that an Insurance broker in Tampa can beat any rate we get quoted over here in Lakeland, also Naomi is a very pleasant person to deal with.
