Went to Allstate to get my new truck insured, and Monique Cordero was just the best. Very helpful, polite and professional.. Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're looking for an agent she's definitely the one.
I have felt well cared for with this agent. One would think it could not be better. Well it got better. He has a new agent in his office Monique Cordero Segura, she has leveled up the office. I was considering changing companies but she helped save me money--I am staying with Allstate!
Been with them for over 10 years, I asked to add a vehicle to my parents policy and the lady said she needed time to get me quote and will text it to me. Later she texted me at 1:45PM saying she’s leaving for the day and she’ll be in touch tomorrow. I needed insurance that same day so I ended up getting it done from Hometown Insurance Jimenez Agency in 5 minutes.

It is so refreshing to call and get a real person on the phone. It is also nice to be able to talk to someone face to face who will answer your questions and give expert advice
