How do you lose a customer of 11 years? May 2024, somebody hit-and-run my beloved car in the parking lot while I was at the gym. They left a 9-inch gash and disappeared. I immediately informed Allstate, who DENIED my claim. But that's not the most despicable thing they did. Anytime there was a problem Allstate walked me right through it. I needed a rental Allstate was on it fast. My car was totally total out. Boom Allstate to the rescue fast. So what more should you be looking for. Allstate is the best in my book. You are definitely good in Allstate hands. 🙌

Jacked up Rates after Six Months by $600 a year and it was not even mentioned at the time of signing up that we were supposedly getting a New Business discount. Looking for another company to do business with. Avoid at all costs.

WE absolutely love, Myles Harris Allstate Agency. Joni Gruss that works in the Discovery Bay Office is amazing , she is so kind and knowledgable. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers. I also refer to her as "Joni from Allstate" because she will give "Jake" and "Flo" run for their money....
