I made the mistake of dumping state farm for this so-called premium insurance agency... Auto and Home policy's have been kind of a joke. They don't offer you a discount for paying premiums in full which is a first I've ever heard. I'm told they need to be provided your bank routing info to go in and take whatever they want whenever they want to for a discount. This is the worst insurance agency I have ever worked with. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I write this as I wait on the phone for them not answering now. Not once in 4 years have I ever gotten a hold of my agent. Never a returned call or email from her. You can’t contact them and speak with anyone directly or consistently, they don’t have direct lines to agents.
