This review is strictly based on Ray who works at this location. Everyone else I dealt with such as Monica and Crisenda displayed patience with myself and my mom who is 82 years old. Ray is rude and customer service skills is an 1 out of 5 and I just don’t understand how people that have his type of attitude and character continue to stay in the customer service business.
