After initially giving All State 5 stars for the quote and bundling I am retracting my review to ONE STAR after going through two accidents NOT AT FAULT in BOTH and the lack of customer service and helpfulness I have no idea why I stayed with them. I had a hail claim, my estimate for repairs was almost 6,000 and the gave me 1200 to settle it. So needless to say I can’t even get my car repaired. In my opinion it’s one of the insurance companies out there.

Allstate, in general, sucks. If you live in the mountains, they might insure you, but will cancel after inspection with a giant list of things they need you to do, and even if you do them, they will still cancel due to fire risk. They were the cheapest, but don't go there
WARNING! This agent writes policies to get his numbers up and then lets the underwriting inspection findings cancel the policy. It looks great in the beginning - then they ghost you - STAY AWAY!
