I have been a customer of Alllstate since 2018. Up until February 2025, Ralph was pretty responsive and got back to me quickly. However, I left messages with the main office # and Ralph’s cell on 5/28/25. After a few days of no response, I called back and spoke with Ralph on 5/30/25. I have been a customer for 10+ year of Allstate with Mitchell Biggs, but after my most recent dealings with this Allstate office I will be changing to another agent. After requesting a review of my policy and the rate going down significantly, which was great, everything I’ve had to deal with since has just been headache due to all the errors they made. Great Service, Fast Service, Friendly Service @ Michael Biggs Agency & Staff
After 24 years of being an Allstate customer, I had to cancel my auto, My homeowner's insurance ,and general liability insurance because of the poor customer service they provide. My previous Allstate agent was excellent. But after he retired Mitch, Biggs picks up my policies. And it totally goes downhill from there.
