Completely unresponsive to multiple emails.
When we signed with Allstate and Mistie, we were excited to have an agent we trusted. After 2 accidents, we found ourselves in a completely different situation. We have not been contacted by Mistie in anyway over the past months of dealing with issues with our car repairs. When we contacted her about the delays on Allstates end, her receptionist only informed me that they would let my claim agent know and that was the end of conversation... following this and more delays, we informed Mistie via email that when your insurance... read more
Kathy is rude incompetent and provides horrible customer service. Spent weeks waiting waiting on email response. Mistie probably works from home doesn't go in office. Essentially non managed. They usually auto emails run business call only when to add additional services. In future we don't need put up with bad inadequate service because do online ourselves. Allstate and their agents suck!
