I'd like to start with, Mike is a good guy and advocates for his clients, and that my family and I have been with Allstate for years. But Allstate as a company is a joke. I recently had a truck crush the front of my brand new sedan, and at first it seemed like everything was going well. Allstate got me into a 30 day rental after I took my vehicle to the body shop, but after that a nightmare began. I have used Mike for years, I use to jump around always looking for savings but what Mike and his team have done for customer service is why I have stayed and plan on staying. Thank you Mike

Worst customer service ever!!! I have been with this company for a long time. I am still waiting on a call back. I don't even know who Mike Cummings is but he should deffinantly do some retraining on the people that he has representing him. I just switched to another company during all those days waiting for my call to be returned. Suprise! Better coverage for alot less money. Shop around........
