I recently signed up with Allstate. Ms. Ashley helped me, and was very professional and courteous. She beat my farm bureau prices by over $100 bucks! Also, let me know she would do future consults with me to make sure the price remains fair. Great customer service!

I have been with Allstate for 30+ years. When we would move to a new town/state, we would establish ourselves with a new Allstate agent. We have been with Mike Brown since we moved to Hickory - approx. 7 years. I liked him from the moment I made my first phone call to his agency. Mike is knowledgeable about his industry and he is very attentive as your agent. He answers questions and if he has to research an answer, he calls you back quickly. He is the best insurance agent I have ever had.
