I needed a new agent and connected with Jim Mulkey at Mike Brady Allstate. I couldn't be happier. Jim was prepared for my visit, offered some ways to save money, and made sure I had the best policies. Even with follow-up questions, this office is efficient and pleasant to work with. I'm staying with them. Update: I still LOVE this office! Checked my policies with Jim again. He made some suggestions and gave me GREAT service. No rush, just wonderful service.
Tried to cancel my flood insurance and they will not allow it
So far so good altho my agent never answer my messages he still doing a great job and my rate haven't gone up like other insurance company. Allstate so far is the best for my budget specialty been handicapped. Thank you for the great work you do for me, is truly appreciated.
