Very efficient and helpful. Good people.
This office mishandled my policy which resulted in it being dropped. My auto-draft was disrupted after an issue with an expired card and the Diaz insurance agency gave us a specific date to pay off the remaining balance for the next 3 months as a result. We paid on the date specified, but apparently that was the day it was cancelling, not due. Despite me having a great driving record, Allstates rates constantly went up. Never down. Switched to Progressive and I get better coverage and save 80 dollars a month. I Do Not Recommend Allstate. They Have Become Greedy Crooks in my opinion.
