Very poor service.
it took me 15+ quotes and multiple websites to find a human being who was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. RobinT handled my quote request. We spoke. I gave her the rundown of the 4 drivers (2 teenagers) + 4 cars (3 full coverage, 1 liability only) As she was gathering info she helped me understand where I was under insuring but the cost of additional premium was negligible. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Michelle Terelak’s Allstate team!! Jane Mortimore helped us out and did such a stellar job. My husband and I were having a hard time finding a home/auto policy, and Jane went above and beyond to ensure that we found the best one. She was so quick with her communication, and made sure that we understood every step of the process. I truly don’t know what we would have done if it weren’t for Jane and Allstate!!
