Michelle Johnson: Allstate Insurance Allstate has taken care of my home and auto insurance for years. Absolutly the best rates and service of any of the companies. I recommend Michelle Johnson as the best agent to contact.
Very helpful when needed and explain their polices very well, but the prices keep going up even though we have not made a claim in the 4 years we have been with them. It would be nice to recieve something to recognize what great customers you have.
Always there to help with with the best of care
After a slight delay when contacting the office early on, response has always been friendly, efficient and timely. Only complaint is when my call gets automatically shifted to the Allstate Call Center rather than the local office. That is horrible and I refuse to deal with them. Just hang up and try reaching the local office again.
