When you really need them, they are not there for YOU! They don't answer the phone. They haven't even called me this whole week after I called them to let them know my neighbor drove his truck through my acre property and vinyl fencing! NOTHING!!! This is not the first time that they have not been responsive either!!!!!!!! I'm shopping and taking my business elsewhere. Even though I have been with this company for years, goodbye. I know there are other companies that want auto and homeowners business.
I do feel that my rate is high for a man of 56
Michaela is a great agent. Very responsive to any of my concerns. Best insurance pricing I've been able to find. Highly recommend.
