Great experience with Michael. He was very patient and professional. I felt I could ask as many questions as was needed. I don’t like to feel that someone is selling me something. Michael made feel comfortable. I like walking away feeling educated on the subjects discussed. Therefore, I wasn’t sold anything, but made a purchase based on what was needed and the great info about them he provided.
I’ve only had two insurance agents for the last 40 years. I started with Lyle Fishter and have been with Michael Terry since. Lyle was ahead of his time 40 years ago with his service and knowledge of insurance and he’d be extremely proud of Michael Terry and where he’s taken Fishter Insurance.
